FINANCIAL INFORMATION

I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross and Blue Shield. This means that, if you have BCBS, after your deductible has been met I will collect only your co-pay and the cost of any services not covered.

 

I am an out-of-network provider for other insurance companies.

This means I will file your insurance but you will pay me at the

time of the visit and your insurance company will reimburse

you according to your policy.

 

Fees for a 55 minute session vary but are usually around $150.
